Zoom-First Format

We meet online via Zoom, making it easy to join from home, work, or wherever you are. Camera on or off is perfectly fine. We focus on connection and getting things done, not on technology barriers. The format works for busy professionals, regional members, carers, and anyone who values flexibility without sacrificing genuine engagement.

How to Attend a Meeting

Visitors are always welcome. Here is how to join us:

1

Get in Touch

Send us a quick message so we can welcome you properly and answer any questions.

2

Receive the Link

We will email you the Zoom meeting details, along with a warm welcome and what to expect.

3

Join the Meeting

Click the link at meeting time. Bring your curiosity and we will take care of the rest.

Beyond Zoom: In-Person Gatherings

While we are an online club, we create opportunities to connect face-to-face across District 9660 and beyond.

Social Meetups

Coffee catch-ups, casual dinners, and informal gatherings. These relaxed events build the friendships that make Rotary meaningful.

Service Days

Hands-on volunteering with partner organisations and other Rotary clubs. Join when you can for projects that make a tangible difference.

Project Visits

See our projects in action, meet beneficiaries, and connect with the people behind the impact we support.

In-person events are optional and announced with plenty of notice. Participate when it works for your schedule and location.
