General meetings run on the second and fourth Thursday of every month at 7:00pm, on Microsoft Teams. Visitors are welcome at any of them: no dress code, no meal to pay for, no obligation.

What a meeting is like
Sixty to seventy-five minutes, camera optional
A general meeting usually covers:
- Friendly check-ins and member updates
- A guest speaker or presentation
- Project breakout discussions
- Club business and planning
- The International Toast, at the fourth Thursday meeting
Camera on or camera off is entirely fine. The format is built for busy people, regional members and carers: connection and getting things done, not technology hurdles. You can join by phone if your internet is unreliable, and the same link works every time, so you only need to save it once.

- Receive the link. We email you the Teams details and what to expect.
- Join. Click at meeting time. Bring your curiosity; we handle the rest.
Beyond the screen
We are an online club, but we make opportunities to meet face to face across District 9660: the district Showcase, the annual changeover, and get-togethers when members find themselves in the same part of the state.
