Joining meetings
Microsoft Teams
You do not need to install anything: the meeting link opens in your browser, and you can join by phone if your internet is unreliable. The same link works for every meeting, so save it once.

What we ask of members
Conduct and safeguarding
- Respect and inclusion. Engage kindly, listen well, and make room for different perspectives.
- Safe environments. Follow Rotary’s policies for safe, harassment-free participation, online and in person.
- Youth protection. Complete a Working With Children Check and the required club and district training before any youth activity.
- Brand and privacy. Use Rotary branding respectfully, and protect personal and partner information.
Communication and admin
- Keep your Teams display name recognisable, and mute when you are not speaking.
- Read the club updates and respond to quick polls or requests from project leads.
- Keep your email and phone current so we can reach you.
- Keep your dues up to date to remain in good standing.
Leadership and training
The club includes several Past District Governors and, for 2026-27, the sitting District Governor. If you want to take on a role, there is no shortage of people here who have done it before and will help you into it.
